I’m a home brewer exploring the world of all-grain brewing in a one bedroom inner city flat. I’m on a mission to understand beer more and my opinion is that the only way to do this is to drink as many different styles and products as you can. This blog is a diary of my exploration into the world of craft beer.

All views are my own and represent my own interpretation of the beer. As I have often stated – I have a terrible palate so my reviews in no way should be used as an indication of quality or suitability when choosing a beer to drink.
